Bottles Auctions will be auctioning Priest Lake Area Endowment Land Cottage Sites for the Idaho Department of Lands on August 26, 2023.  The list of Endowment Land properties to be sold, will be listed here in mid-July 2023. The bidding at auction will be for the Endowment Land LOT ONLY, and the cost for the improvements/cabins will be sold at a fixed price of their appraised value in addition to the high bid price for the Lot. The minimum bid for each Lot must meet or exceed the posted reserve price.  The reserve price for the lots will be clearly posted next to each Endowment Land lot when listed on this page.  Buyer to conduct all due diligence prior to auction.  Property being sold “AS-IS” with NO CONTINGENCIES.

All bidders who are not the owner of the cabin/improvement on the property they are bidding on must present a cashier’s check, made payable to First American Title Company equal to $50,000 (which serves as a deposit towards the purchase of the Lot) PLUS the value of the cabin/improvements (if any) and fees to register to bid.  The sum of these costs (which are in addition to high bid price of the Lot) are clearly identified in the listing for each property on this site, as well as the Auction Catalogue.  All bidders must show Auction Administrators the cashier check(s) to be able to bid.

Closing shall take place 30-60 days after the Auction, with potential 30-day extension.
